If you've ordered a modem with your nbn service, make sure you have received your new modem in the mail before starting the activation process.

After you’ve requested the activation, the connection process will take 2-8 hours to complete as long as you requested it between 9AM-5PM (excluding weekends). Otherwise the connection process will begin at 11AM the next day (excluding weekends). If you want to make any changes to your activation make sure to call us before 11am on the day of your connection. Upon the completion of your connection you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS. At this point, if you've ordered a modem from us, simply swap out your existing modem for your new Moose Mobile modem.
