Make sure you have received your new Moose Mobile SIM in the mail before starting the activation process. In order to receive a SIM from Moose Mobile you must first purchase one via our
Name on your new Moose Account*
Email ID* (The email you used to sign up with Moose)

You will receive your new number via SMS upon activation.
+ Add another SIM to activate
Transfer and activation times will take 1-4 hours as long as the transfer or activation request is made between 9AM to 5PM Mon-Sat. Otherwise, the 1-4 hour timeframe will commence at 9AM on the following day (excluding Sunday). Please leave your old provider’s SIM in your phone as it will keep working during this process.
