We wish to advise that there is currently an unplanned outage for NBN services in the suburb of Cawthray St Biggera Water and its surrounds.

We wish to advise that the Where power has restored and customers remain offline, Field Services will be engaged to investigate further. Note that customers may have power at their property, but network infrastructure upstream may remain unpowered. Further updates on individual tickets will be published as power restores, conditions ease, and timeframes on individual tickets are available.
