We wish to advise that there is currently an unplanned outage for NBN services in the suburb of Ormeau and its surrounds.

We wish to advise that the Network engineers remote troubleshooting has identified an issue with a faulty network device at the site that was unable to be corrected remotely. A field technician will be assigned a Ticket of Work to attend the site and perform further investigations. Further updates will be provided as more information, or an ETA, becomes available.
