We wish to advise that there is currently an unplanned outage for NBN services in the suburb of Stephens and its surrounds.

We wish to advise that the Severe weather due to Tropical Cyclone Alfred is resulting in customers experiencing a loss of service. nbn will arrange a technician to attend and investigate once it is safe to do so. Please note that attendance may be delayed due to the OH&S risk that severe weather poses.
