We wish to advise that there is currently an unplanned outage for NBN services in the suburb of Nowra and its surrounds.

Unfortunately, there is no estimated time for restoration [ETR], but we will be sure to keep you notified as further information comes to hand. All updates will also be available on our network status page.

Please be advised that we have escalated this issue to our upstream carrier, and they have informed us that this is being impacted by an ongoing major network outage.

Unfortunately, there is no estimated time for restoration [ETR]. This notification will be updated as further information comes to hand.

Please be advised that our third-party carrier suspects a potential fiber break between Figtree and Gerringong CEV, NSW. A fiber technician has been mobilized to the affected location to assess the situation, with an estimated time of arrival (ETA) of 19:00 AEDT

Please be advised that our third-party carrier technicians have identified the break in a power easement at Tullimbar, NSW. The damage was caused by civil works contractors. The technicians are currently assessing the damage and will provide a restoration plan once it is available. The fiber crew's estimated time of arrival (ETA) to the site is 20:30 AEDT

Please be advised that the fiber engineers have arrived at the break location and have begun rodding the sub-duct. Due to the presence of large rocks over the cable, they are currently working to identify a suitable location for the installation of a pit to facilitate a temporary enclosure.

Please be advised that the 3rd party carrier has exposed on end of the cable and are continuing with the other end. A temporary fix will be applied once both ends are exposed.

Please be advised that the Third party fiber crew advised they had to halt restoration works, due to noise generated in restoration activities as damage is in residential area. Technicians has left the site and will return during daylight hours to resume work at approximately 08:00 AEDT.
