An Optical Line Terminal (OLT) card is currently offline; all customers attached to the OLT card will be unable to access the internet. Engineers are remotely troubleshooting to see if customers can be brought back online remotely. If troubleshooting cannot restore services remotely, Field Services will be engaged to reseat or replace the OLT card.
