nbn is investigating an unplanned network outage in your area. As a result you may experience a partial or total loss of connectivity. Restoration activity is underway and nbn will advise once the outage is resolved.

A local power outage is impacting the nbn network causing a loss of service to customers. nbn is monitoring the situation and once the power is restored, nbn will test alarms and perform health checks on the network to confirm stability. Please contact the local power provider for more information including the Estimated Time to Restore (ETR). nbn recommends customers perform a reset of their modem and in-home equipment once the power is restored to their area if further issues are experienced.
