We wish to advise that the nbn can confirm the assigned technician is now on-site. Further updates will be communicated as progress reports from the field are received. The ETR has been set to 18:00. but we will be sure to keep you notified as further information comes to hand. All updates will also be available on our network status page.

We wish to advise that the Field Services have advised that the cable has been stolen. A tech was unable to work overnight due to safety concerns, however, is now back on site. A contractor is now enroute with a replacement cable. nbn will provide updates as more information becomes available.
