Moose Mobile SIM Activation

Activate your SIM

Make sure you have received your new Moose Mobile SIM in the mail before starting the activation process. In order to receive a SIM from Moose Mobile you must first purchase one via our Mobile SIMs page.

Transfer and activation times will take 1-4 hours as long as the transfer or activation request is made between 9AM and 5PM Mon-Sat. Otherwise, the 1-4 hour timeframe will commence at 9AM on the following day (excluding Sunday). Please leave your old provider's SIM in your phone as it will keep working during this process.
