We wish to advise that there is currently an unplanned outage for NBN services in the suburb of Bullsbrook West and its surrounds.

We wish to advise that the nbn network engineers remote troubleshooting has identified an issue with a faulty <hardware> at the site that was unable to be corrected remotely. A field technician will be assigned a Ticket of Work to attend the site and perform further investigations. Further updates will be provided as more information, or an ETA, becomes available.
